By using the ReWrap app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ReWrap provides wholesale / retail grocery commerce, delivery, and related features including brand-partner experiences. Product availability, pricing, and delivery areas may change.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account from the app or via our account deletion page.
3. Orders & payments
Orders are offers to buy. Payment is processed by our payment partner. Prices include applicable taxes where shown. Cancellations and refunds follow our store policies and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for unlawful activity.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReWrap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
