Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ReWrap (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android app and website (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, and sign-in identifiers (for example Google Sign-In).
- Delivery data: addresses and location you share so we can deliver orders.
- Order & payment data: cart contents, order history, and payment status processed via our payment partner (Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & app data: push notification token (FCM), app diagnostics, and analytics events (Firebase Analytics) such as screen views and purchase funnels.
- Optional media: photos you upload for delivery evidence or support.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and fulfill orders.
- To deliver products and communicate order/status updates.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send notifications you opt into (orders, stock alerts).
- To improve the Services using aggregated analytics.
- To comply with law and resolve disputes.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Services, including:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics)
- Cashfree (payments)
- Hosting / infrastructure providers
- Delivery partners / riders needed to complete your order
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Location
If you grant location permission, we may use it to help select delivery address, check serviceability, and improve delivery. You can deny or revoke permission in system settings.
5. Retention
We keep account and order information as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When you delete your account, we deactivate login and remove or anonymize personal identifiers as described on our account deletion page.
6. Your choices
- Update profile details in the app Account section.
- Manage notification preferences in Account → Notifications.
- Request account deletion
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
